Entrada Estates Coconut Grove is another gated waterfront community, this one found within the southern side of “The Grove”. The neighborhood consists of a trio of streets called streets named Matheson Avenue, West Avenue and Stewart Avenue. These streets are accessible to the general public but you can rest assured knowing that Entrada Estates has a guard gate.

Entrada Estates real estate is popular enough that nearly all of the Entrada Estates homes have been sold. On top of having the waters of Biscayne Bay as a backdrop, the community is also close to the curiously named Merrie Christmas Park, CocoWalk, the University of Miami and beautiful Coral Gables. The community itself also has a tennis court.
